Definition of the corporate structure, clearance of the company name (SE) and drafting of the bylaws (for an SAS they are assembled by choosing clauses from the Ministry of Economy’s system)

Formalization before a notary or public broker (not required for an SAS; applies to other types of company and is not included in the SAS price) and registration with the Public Registry of Commerce (SIGER)

Support in obtaining the tax ID (RFC), the corporate e.firma and opening business bank accounts
