These terms govern the provision of professional advisory, representation and legal management services by Quiroz & Portilla Abogados, S.C.

This document sets out the Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) under which Quiroz & Portilla Abogados, S.C. (“QP Abogados”), a civil partnership duly incorporated under the laws of the United Mexican States, with its address at Av. Gustavo Baz número 59, Fraccionamiento Bosques de Echegaray, Municipio de Naucalpan, Estado de México, C.P. 53310, provides its professional advisory, representation and legal management services to its clients (the “Client”).
By engaging QP Abogados’ services, the Client expressly acknowledges and accepts the following Terms:
1.1. Any deposit or payment made to the bank accounts of QP Abogados and/or its partners is non-refundable, on the understanding that, upon making it, the Client had already been informed of the terms, conditions, characteristics and scope of the service to be engaged.
1.2. The payment of fees does not include additional costs or disbursements (such as notarial fees, registration duties, taxes, publications, expert opinions, registry filings or others), which must be covered directly by the Client.
2.1. QP Abogados does not guarantee specific timelines or outcomes in the services engaged.
2.2. The progress of each matter depends on external factors, such as:
2.3. QP Abogados’ commitment is limited to acting with diligence, professionalism and in accordance with the law, seeking at all times the best defense and protection of the Client’s interests.
3.1. Engaging any of QP Abogados’ professional services must be formalized through a professional services agreement, signed by the Client digitally or physically.
3.2. Any modification, extension or adjustment to the agreed terms must be documented through an amendment agreement signed by both parties.
4.1. The information, documents and data provided by the Client are their full and exclusive responsibility.
4.2. The Client acknowledges that any omission, falsehood or inaccuracy in the information or documents provided may substantially alter the legal scenario initially presented, which may entail additional or extraordinary costs beyond those originally budgeted by QP Abogados. Accordingly, the Client shall be responsible for assuming such additional costs. Should the Client not wish to assume them and/or request cancellation of the service or services, amounts previously deposited with QP Abogados will not be refunded under any circumstance.
4.3. Such omission or falsehood may be grounds for automatic termination of the services agreement, with no liability whatsoever for QP Abogados.
5.1. The Client is entitled to be informed of the progress or status of their case by the QP Abogados team, provided the request is made within business hours, Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00.
5.2. Requests for information must be made solely through the official contact channels listed on this website.
6.1. QP Abogados may record telephone calls and/or consultations held with the Client over any digital platform, for the sole purpose of:

The Client acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions and that, by making any payment or signing any agreement with QP Abogados, they expressly and unconditionally accept their application.
